My Reiki training courses are designed to support you at every stage of your journey — from your first introduction to Reiki, through to deepening your practice and stepping into mastery.

Each level builds gently upon the last, offering both practical learning and personal experience, so you can develop your confidence, understanding and connection to the energy.

Whether you are here for your own healing, to reconnect with your practice or to share Reiki with others, you will be supported in a space that is grounded, heart-led and respectful of the Reiki lineage.

Reiki I — Awakening the Healer Within - A Two-Day Foundational Training

A beginning… of healing, remembrance and reconnection. Reiki I is a gentle introduction to the sacred practice of Reiki, opening the doorway to self-healing, energy awareness and deeper connection with yourself.

This training is designed for those who feel called to begin their Reiki journey, whether for personal healing, spiritual growth or to support the wellbeing of loved ones. Throughout this experience, you will learn the foundations of Reiki, explore the chakra system and energy body and begin developing trust in your own intuition and healing abilities. Through attunements, guided practice and self-discovery, you will be supported in reconnecting with the quiet healing wisdom that already exists within you.

 Reiki I — Recap & Reconnect - A One-Day Refresher

A space to return… and remember. This one-day refresher is for those who have previously completed Reiki I and feel called to reconnect with their practice. Whether you’ve stepped away or simply want to deepen your understanding, this day offers a gentle way back into your energy.

You will revisit the foundations, reconnect with self-healing and rebuild confidence in working with Reiki — for yourself and as a step toward further training if you feel called.

Reiki II — Deepening the Connection - A Two-Day Practitioner Training

A deepening… of trust, awareness and connection. Reiki II expands your relationship with Reiki, introducing the sacred symbols and opening the doorway to working beyond the physical level.

This training supports both your personal healing journey and those who feel called to begin offering Reiki to others. You will deepen your intuitive connection, strengthen your confidence and learn to work with energy in a more focused and intentional way.

 Reiki II — Reignite, Reconnect & Remember - A One-Day Refresher

A return to your practice… and your inner knowing. This refresher day is for those who have completed Reiki II and feel ready to reconnect with the symbols, the energy and their confidence as a practitioner.

Whether you’ve been away from Reiki or are preparing to move toward Reiki Master, this space allows you to revisit, practice and deepen your connection in a supportive environment.

Reiki Master — Empowering & Embodying - Advanced Training & Teacher Pathway

A step into embodiment… and deeper responsibility. Reiki Master is for those who feel called to fully integrate Reiki into their lives — whether for personal mastery, professional practice or the path of teaching.

This level is not only about learning, but about embodying the energy, deepening your connection and stepping into your own way of working with Reiki. For some, this is the path of guiding others. For others, it is a deeply personal commitment to their own healing and growth.
