New to Reiki?  This is a safe and welcoming space to explore energy healing for the first time.

You will be held in stillness and subtle touch, guided by my bespoke therapeutic essential oil blend — a calming fusion designed to soothe your nervous system and open you to receive.

A perfect first step if you’ve been feeling anxious, depleted or curious about healing.

Signature Reiki Treatment – A Return to the Heart - $100 – 90 minute session

A deeply nurturing Reiki session designed to soothe the nervous system, release emotional tension and reconnect you with your heart.

Gentle touch, loving presence, and my handcrafted essential oil blend — applied to the skin and diffused in the space — create a cocoon of calm, allowing your body and spirit to soften and receive.

Release & Receive – Reiki + Spirit Message - $90

This 75-minute duo session begins with heart-based Reiki and ends with an intuitive message from Spirit, offering both energetic clearing and soulful guidance.

My bespoke essential oil blend grounds and opens the session — gently anointing your energy field and holding the space for deep release.

Beautiful for times of transition, grief or spiritual seeking.

Nurture the Soul – Reiki + Moon Wisdom - $90 – 75 minute session

A tender fusion of Reiki and lunar insight, designed to realign you with your emotional truth.

We begin with Reiki supported by my signature essential oil blend and then explore your Moon sign or the current Moon phase to guide your healing journey.

 Ideal for empaths, sensitives or anyone needing emotional rest and realignment.
